1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use VectorMotion, we may collect:

Account details such as name, email address, login/session state, and selected plan.
Payment-related metadata such as plan name, order status, payment email, transaction reference, and access status.
Support messages you send to us, including the email address and details needed to solve your request.
Usage and analytics data such as pages viewed, country/region, device/browser data, referrals, clicks, and checkout intent events.

2. Payment data

Payments are processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. VectorMotion does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, UPI credentials, bank login details, or complete payment instrument data. The payment provider may process your payment data according to its own policies, compliance obligations, and banking partner requirements.

3. How we use information

To create and manage your account.
To verify payment status and unlock the correct digital access.
To provide support, refunds where eligible, invoices or transaction help, and security responses.
To understand product usage, improve documentation, debug checkout issues, and measure conversion funnels.
To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, and license violations.

4. Analytics and cookies

VectorMotion may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate usage, page performance, acquisition channels, and checkout drop-off. These tools may use cookies or similar browser technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate VectorMotion, including hosting, authentication, analytics, payment processing, fraud prevention, email/support, and compliance services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the product, users, payment integrity, or legal rights.

6. International users

VectorMotion is available globally, and visitors may come from outside India. By using VectorMotion, you understand that data may be processed by service providers in countries where those providers operate, subject to their applicable security, privacy, and compliance controls.

7. Retention

We keep account, payment metadata, support, and analytics records only as long as reasonably needed for access management, fraud prevention, support, accounting, legal compliance, and product improvement.

8. Your choices

You can request account help, data correction, account deletion, or privacy support by emailing support@vectormotion.dev. Some records may need to be retained for payment, fraud-prevention, tax, legal, or security reasons.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards for the size and nature of the product. No online service is perfectly secure, so do not send secrets, passwords, private keys, or sensitive production data through support channels unless specifically requested through a secure process.
