Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how VectorMotion digital products, accounts, licenses, payments, and support work.

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. About VectorMotion

VectorMotion is a digital React dashboard component library for builders, teams, and agencies. The product includes dashboard blocks, examples, documentation, prompts, install guidance, and source-access features for supported plans. The website is available at https://www.vectormotion.dev.

2. Digital product and access

VectorMotion is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. After a successful payment and account verification, eligible buyers receive access to the paid library areas, source snippets, install instructions, and related documentation for the purchased plan.

If automated access does not appear after payment confirmation, contact support@vectormotion.dev with your payment email, plan name, and transaction reference.

3. Plans and license scope

  • Free: public preview and free installable blocks where marked.
  • Solo Lifetime: lifetime access for personal, indie, and your own commercial projects.
  • Agency Lifetime: lifetime access for freelancers, studios, client projects, and up to 5 internal seats.

A paid license lets you use VectorMotion components inside your own applications and client work according to the purchased plan. It does not allow you to resell, redistribute, repackage, publish, or compete with VectorMotion as a standalone component library, template marketplace, code bundle, or similar product.

4. Payments, taxes, and international customers

Prices may be shown in USD or another supported currency. Payments are processed by the active payment provider shown at checkout. The payment provider may apply currency conversion, card authentication, taxes, bank charges, or compliance checks. VectorMotion does not store full card numbers or bank credentials.

International payments may require additional verification by the payment provider or banking partners. A transaction is treated as complete only after the payment provider confirms successful payment.

5. Refunds and cancellations

VectorMotion sells one-time digital access, not a recurring subscription. Refund eligibility, failed-access handling, duplicate charges, and cancellation details are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Do not share paid access outside the allowed seats or plan scope. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, credential sharing, or license violation.

7. Product changes and availability

We may improve, reorganize, rename, add, or remove blocks, examples, documentation, and features. Lifetime access means access to the VectorMotion library under the purchased plan; it does not guarantee every historical implementation detail remains unchanged forever.

8. No warranty

VectorMotion is provided as a developer tool and code resource. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, adapting, and securing code before using it in production. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorMotion is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorMotion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the product, failed integrations, downtime, payment-provider issues, or third-party services.
